REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING

As a solo practitioner working to build her practice, I have learned I need to set some boundaries to protect my energy and my business. This is part of what makes the Discovery Call I offer so valuable.

A Discovery Call is our chance to decide if we’re a good fit for working together. Once we establish this baseline, we can both feel confident in collaborating toward your health goals. The free labor of this call is important to me because it starts to build the energetic foundation for working together.

If we work together you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• If I change my mind about working with The Goldrunner, whether or not we have had a Discovery Call, I will not seek monetary refund. Instead, I will communicate my concerns or questions about whether another session might be more appropriate. And/or I will work with Erin to reschedule my appointment if the issue is one of timing.

• I will give at least a 48-hour cancellation notice. This lead time will give Erin a better chance to fill that time with another session.
